The request for the registration of the grant agreement dated 18.11.2022 concluded by Khazar University with the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (European Union) (3-21/1-7320/2023, 28.04.2023) was reviewed by the Ministry of Economy.
In this regard, we present the notification № IN/Q-17/2023 dated 27.052023 on the registration of the mentioned grant agreement by the Ministry of Economy.
At the same time, we inform you that according to Article 4-1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Grant”, the requirements for registration of grant agreements (decisions) provided for in that article also apply to subgrants and additional agreements under the grant agreement (decision), as well as to cases of changing the duration, purpose, and amount of agreements (decisions).
